Payphone

We are the largest private payphone operator in Hong Kong, Shinetown Payphones can be found in the entire railway lines in Hong Kong, shopping malls, schools, hotels and retail stores, to be accessed by the majority to meet their communication needs.

In 2003, our payphones were installed in all KCRC West Rail stations, providing convenient and efficient telecommunication services to the mass public.

In 2004, we have also installed our payphones in the entire KCRC East Rail Line (including the Tsim Sha Tsui station). The KCRC East Rail Line is the busiest trunk, with more than 800,000 commuters every day.

In December 2004, we started to operate the payphones in KCRC Ma On Shan Line (from Tai Wai Station to Wu Kai Sha Station), providing a reliable telecommunications services to the commuters of Ma On Shan Line.

In 2009, we expand our payphone service to all MTR stations.
