  1. What is Prepaid SIM Card?

    2. Our Prepaid SIM Cards offer mobile service after real name registration, with no bills, no statement, no subscription required. You can even keep the same mobile number simply by recharging the SIM card before the expiry date.
    Besides phone service, a variety of value-added services such as Call Number Display, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding are available to suit your needs.

  2. What is the validity of the Prepaid SIM Cards?

    3. Both Smile CHAT CHAT Prepaid SIM Card and HUA LONG 3G Prepaid SIM Card will be valid for 90 days from the date of activation. Gold Prepaid SIM Card will be valid for 60 days from the date of activation.
    Every time the SIM Card is recharged, the validity will be extended or remain the same if the original validity is longer. Below table shows the days extended from the recharge day for each SIM type.

  3. How to recharge with a recharge voucher?

    or press ✱ 123calland follow the voice instruction to enter the 14-digit voucher number.

  4. If the Prepaid SIM Card has already expired with remaining balance, can I recharge the card?

    5. No, the mobile number and remaining value will be forfeited. You should recharge before the Prepaid SIM Card expired, the remaining balance will then be carried forward automatically.

  5. How do I check the remaining balance and expiry date of my Prepaid SIM Card?

    6. You can press ✱ # 137 ✱ 137 # call on your mobile phone to get the information via SMS.
    Or press ✱ 123call and you will listen to the remaining balance and expiry date of your SIM card free of charge.

  6. What is e-transfer service?

    7. With this service, you can transfer any value up to $1000 to other same type Prepaid SIM Cards. After successful transfer, a SMS notification will be sent to both sender and receiver.
