7-Eleven top-up

Simply bring your CHAT CHAT Anywhere Member Card to 7-Eleven counter to top up. Minimum amount is HKD50.

Phone Payment Service (PPS)

For payment, call 18031.
Enter your 5-digit PPS Phone Password.
Enter Shinetown Telecom’s Merchant Code: 9626.
Enter 8-digit of CHAT CHAT Anywhere Member No plus 2-digit of password.
Key in the recharge amount.
Note: Recharge by PPS requires 2 days processing time.
You can also recharge from the PPS website at www.ppshk.com.

Credit card (Visa / Master)

Call our Customer Service Hotline at 8102 1229 from 9:00 to 23:00. Minimum recharge is $50.

Payment via Internet Banking

You can pay your bill from your own bank’s Internet Banking site. At “Bill Payment’, under “Telecom”, look for “Shinetown Telecommunication Limited” then choose “CHAT CHAT Anywhere Service”.
