When overseas, use our Callback Service to make calls to any countries and save IDD charges of up to 60%.

To activate this service, users simply register the Overseas Mobile Phone number that they will be using. Once activated, user can initiate a call by using SMS (“Worldwide SMS Callback”) or Callback (“China Callback”) service from the registered number to any overseas countries.

Set up Callback service by calling+852 3189 0308:
Select language (1-Cantonese, 2-Putonghua, 3-English)
Enter 8-digit member card number
Enter 4-digit password
Press 7 for China Callback / Worldwide SMS Callback
Press 1 to enter the overseas phone number that you will use during your trip
Enter overseas destination phone number (country code + area codee + Phone Number + #) Eg. 8613912345678#
Press 1 to confirm
(You can register more than 1 overseas phone numbers for the Callback service)

Worldwide SMS Callback
While overseas, send a SMS to+852 6131 1852in the following format. Within 10 seconds, our system will call you back and connect you to destination.

Example:
CHAT CHAT Anywhere Member Card: 6800 1234

Destination phone no in the UK: 44 7777 8888

China Callback
When in China, call our system at 00 852 5127 5182 or 00 852 6131 1789. Hang up the phone after hearing the first ring tone.
Our system will call you back within 10 seconds to prompt you to input the destination phone number.
