The Shinetown Telecom mobile service that you are using is provided by China Mobile Hong Kong. China Mobile Hong Kong will terminate 3G services on 30th June 2025. Therefore, starting from 1st July 2025, we will upgrade you to 4G/5G service plan for free so that you can enjoy faster and better communications. Please note that since China Mobile Hong Kong will no longer provide 3G service, you are advised to use a mobile phone which supports 4G service.
