For payment, call 18031.
Enter your 5-digit PPS Phone Password.
Enter Shinetown Telecom’s Merchant Code: 9626.
Enter 8-digit Phone No of the Prepaid SIM Card.
Key in the recharge amount.
Note: Recharge by PPS requires 2 days processing time.
You can also recharge from the PPS website at www.ppshk.com.

ATM

Select “Bill Payment” from ATM bearing “JETCO” logo with “Jet Payment”.
Select “Merchant Code Entry”.
Enter Shinetown Telecom’s merchant code: “9626”.
Press “01” for bill type.
Enter 8-digit Phone No of the Prepaid SIM Card.
Enter the recharge amount. Minimum recharge amount is $50.
Press “Yes” to confirm the information on the screen.
Note: Recharge by ATM requires 3 days processing time.

Credit card (Visa / Master)

Call our Customer Service Hotline at 8102 1229 from 9:00 to 23:00. Minimum recharge is $50.

Payment via Internet Banking

You can pay your bill from your own bank’s Internet Banking site. At “Bill Payment’, under “Telecom”, look for “Shinetown Telecommunication Limited” then choose “Prepaid SIM Card Service”.
