With this in mind, Shinetown makes all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the privacy of the information you provide is protected. This Privacy Policy covers the collection, use and disclosure of the personal information that you provide or is collected any time you use our mobile application/service. Customers should read this Privacy Policy carefully, once you consent to this Policy’s terms, it creates legal obligations on you and Shinetown. If you do not agree with any term in this Privacy Policy, please refrain from accessing or using this website or TALK ANYWHERE App.
This Privacy Policy applies (i) to anonymous information you provide to us while using our website or TALK ANYWHERE App, and (ii) to Personally Identifiable Information (“Personal Information”) that you choose to provide to us via the website or TALK ANYWHERE App, or that provide to us as part of the process of registering online as Shinetown Customer.
"TALK ANYWHERE" is a Mobile Application that equipped with VoIP dialer application that allows subscribers to make IDD call on smart phones whenever and wherever connecting to Wi-Fi or mobile data. Users' Audio information will be uploaded and transmitted via TALK ANYWHERE APP during the calls.
Collection and Use of Information
Shinetown collects certain personal information to support your use of our application/service. The collected information provided by you belongs to the subscriber. The phone number is used to receive an SMS message containing an activation code when subscribing to our services. The user’s address book information will never be sent to Shinetown.
The IP of the phone and the number called and the duration of a call is recorded in our server to address queries that may arise concerning the service provided by Shinetown.
Information We Collect
Your Phone Number The phone number provided by you is used as to uniquely identify subscribers of the service. It is also used by other Shinetown mobile application subscribers to call to your phone. During the subscription activation, the provided phone number will be used to receive an SMS containing an activation number to complete the registration.
Your Email Address You are required to provide your email address so we can reach and contact you in case of emergency while you’re overseas, such as local network failure.
Your Contact List To make it easier for you to locate your contacts while making calls and showing call history in the TALK ANYWHERE App, we ask your permission before accessing and getting your contact list or phone numbers on your address book.
Usage and Log Information We collect information about your activity on our Services, like service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes information about your activity (including how you use our Services, your Services settings), and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities and interactions), log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports. This also includes information about when you registered to use our Services; the features you use like our calling, when you last used our Services.
Device and Connection Information We collect device and connection-specific information when you install, access, or use our Services. This includes information such as hardware model, operating system information, app version, mobile network, connection information (including phone number, mobile operator or ISP), language and time zone, IP address, device operations information, and identifiers.
Shinetown will not share personally identifiable information you provided via our website or TALK ANYWHERE App with any third party, other than as expressly disclosed in this policy. We collect information from you at different points on our website or TALK ANYWHERE App, and use this information as follows:

If we choose to undertake such communications, you will have the ability to “opt-out” of receiving these communications as provided below.
Anonymous Information Anonymous Information is information that does not identify you, but include analyses concerning the number of transactions and most frequent visit pages on our website or TALK ANYWHERE App. We use this information to analyze the effectiveness of our website or TALK ANYWHERE App, to improve our services and our website or TALK ANYWHERE App, and for other similar purposes. From time to time, we may undertake statistical and summary analyses of the general behavior and characteristics of our customers. We may share these analyses and anonymous Information with third parties. We assured that anonymous Information provided to third parties will not allow anyone to identify you, or determine anything personal about you.

Extent of Information Collected We do not collect any more personal information than necessary to operate the website or Mobile App and respond to your requests.
Information Disclosure
You are granting Shinetown and the Shinetown subsidiaries permission to use the information you provide for the provision of the Shinetown mobile application / services. We will not share, sell, rent or otherwise distribute this information to others, except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
Shinetown may share your information with outside parties under the following circumstances:
We have your explicit consent to share the information;
We need to share your information to fulfill your product or service request;
We may employ other companies to perform functions on our behalf, such as (i) maintaining our website / TALK ANYWHERE App, (ii) maintaining the server centers that allow us to host your data, (iii) collecting information, (iv) responding to and sending electronic mail, or (v) other functions necessary to our business. Deleting Information
We will remove all your personal information from our databases compiled from the website or TALK ANYWHERE App if you request. Please understand that it may be impossible to remove this information completely, due to backups and records of deletions. You may not remove anonymous information from our databases.
In addition, please understand that, if you request deletion of your information, you will be unable to utilize associated features of the website or TALK ANYWHERE App, and any associated services or information.
Deleting Mobile App You can delete the TALK ANYWHERE App at any time, including if you want to revoke your consent to our use of your information pursuant to applicable law.

Shinetown is committed to protecting the security of your information and takes reasonable precautions to protect it. However, Internet data transmissions, whether wired or wireless, cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure and as a result we cannot ensure the security of information you transmit to us; accordingly, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your data transmission, we make all commercially reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems:
Your personal information and data stored in our systems are protected by various physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. It is stored in a secure facility and Shinetown restricts physical and network access to this facility.
