Gold 4G Prepaid SIM Card is available at Shine Club and Indonesian convenience stores all across Hong Kong.

Starter pack is at $50 whilst physical recharge vouchers are at $20, $50 and $100. Other recharge methods are available too.

  2. Enter your 5-digit PPS Phone Password

  5. Enterrecharge amount
  6. Wait for Payment Reference Number to confirm

ATM

At ATM bearing “JETCO” logo with “Jet Payment”
  1. Select “Payment Service”
  2. Select “Merchant Code Entry”
  3. Enter Shinetown Telecom’s merchant code: “9626”
  4. Press “01” for bill type
  5. Enter 8-digit phone no. of the Prepaid SIM Card
  6. Enter recharge amount (Minimum recharge amount is $50)
  7. Press “Yes” to confirm the information on the screen
Note: 3-days processing time is required by ATM.

Credit card (Visa / Master)

Call our Customer Service Hotline at +852 8102 1229 from 9:00 to 23:00. Minimum recharge is $50.

Payment via Internet Banking

You can pay your bill via your own bank’s Internet Banking site. At “Bill Payment’, under “Telecom”, look for “Shinetown Telecommunication Limited” then choose “Prepaid SIM Card Service”.
