What is Prepaid SIM Card?
Our Prepaid SIM Cards offer mobile service with no bills, no statement, freedom to call local and abroad and required no subscription. You can even keep the same mobile number simply by recharging the SIM card before the expiry date.
Besides phone service, a variety of value-added services such as Call Number Display, Call Waiting, Call Forwarding are available to suit your needs.
What is the validity of the Prepaid SIM Cards?
Smile CHAT CHAT Prepaid SIM Card will be valid for 90 days from the date of activation. Gold Prepaid SIM Card will be valid for 60 days from the date of activation.
Every time the SIM Card is recharged, the validity will be extended (or remain the same if the original validity is longer). Recharge $100 and get 180 days extension. Recharge $50 and get 60 days extension. Recharge $20 and get 30 days extension.
How to recharge with a recharge voucher?
For Smile CHAT CHAT Prepaid SIM Card, you can press * # 137 * 14 digit voucher number # < call >.
For Gold Prepaid SIM Card, you can press * 123 * 14 digit voucher number < call > Alternatively, you can call *123 from you mobile phone and follow the voice instruction to enter the 14-digit voucher number.
If the Prepaid SIM Card has expired with remaining balance, can the balance be carried forward after the card is recharged?
If you recharge before the Prepaid SIM Card expired, the remaining balance will be carried forward automatically; otherwise, it will be forfeited.
How do I check the remaining balance and expiry date of my Prepaid SIM Card?
For Smile CHAT CHAT Prepaid SIM Card, you can press * # 137 * 137 # < call > on your mobile phone to get the information via SMS.
For Gold Prepaid SIM Card, you can press * 123 *123 # < call >
Alternatively, you can call *123 from your mobile phone to listen to the remaining balance and expiry date of your SIM card free of charge.
What is e-transfer service?
With this service, you can transfer any value up to $1000 to other same type Prepaid SIM Cards. After successful transfer, a SMS notification will be sent to both sender and receiver. Press * 123 * 44 * mobile number of transfer recipient * amount to be transferred < call >
What is International load transfer service?
International load transfer service is available for Gold Prepaid SIM Card users to easily transfer load to Prepaid SIM Cards in Indonesian and Malaysia. To transfer load, press * 123 ** mobile number in Indonesia / Malaysia * load amount < call >
